1. Material&Construction
Microfiber: usually woven from a mixture of polyester and polyamide (also known as nylon). This structure makes its fibers extremely fine and has a huge surface area, which can effectively capture and lock micrometer sized dust, particles, and debris through physical means.
Twill Weave: The fabric presents a unique diagonal pattern. This weaving method is softer and more wear-resistant than plain weave, and has better wrapping and adsorption properties. It can clean precision surfaces more gently and effectively, and is less likely to leave scratches.
Dust Free: During the production process, strict cleaning and laser cutting (instead of traditional blade cutting) are carried out to minimize the fiber shedding and dust generation of the product itself, avoiding secondary pollution.
2. Form&Design
Roll: The product is provided in the form of a roll, similar to a tissue roll. This packaging form is easy to store, retrieve, and cut, and can be torn to any length as needed, reducing waste and keeping the remaining parts clean.
Mini size: usually refers to a narrow width of the roll (4.5MM * diameter 38MM * axis 10MM), which is more suitable for handling small-scale precision cleaning work and is more flexible and convenient to operate.
Dry: This product is mainly designed for dry cleaning, relying on the electrostatic effect and physical structure of ultrafine fibers to adsorb dry particles such as dust, pollen, metal debris, etc. Please note: It is usually not pre soaked in any chemical solvents. If wet wiping is required, laboratory grade solvents such as high-purity isopropanol and deionized water should be used in combination.

Scratch free: The fiber is soft and the diagonal structure is smooth, making it very suitable for cleaning delicate surfaces such as LCD screens, camera lenses, semiconductor wafers, etc., greatly reducing the risk of scratches.
High oil absorption: It also has a good adsorption effect on slight oily stains such as finger grease.
